You know stuff, you’re good at it, and you make people’s lives better

Sometimes I think there are two types of people in the world.

There are those who talk a lot but don’t know much.

We all know some of that type…they’re all over the media and they’re very loud.

And then there are those who actually do know a lot but don’t talk much.

They hide their light under a bushel.

They are quietly competent.

Now… I think you might be in this second group of people.

I certainly know that many of my clients are.

When I jump on the phone with clients and we get to talking about their businesses, I’m always amazed at how knowledgeable they are and how passionate they are about their businesses.

But to hear that stuff, I first have to dig!

The trouble is, most of us don’t realize that what we know and what we do is in any way unusual. We just do it – and it seems simple and obvious to us.

Except to others, it’s not obvious at all!

Now, if you are here on this Monday morning, I think you are one of those people with real expertise.

You wouldn’t be reading this if you weren’t because you wouldn’t be interested in marketing using newsletters.

But are you sharing your real estate expertise with the world?

Here’s the thing:

You know a lot.

You are good at what you do.

You can help people.

You can make people’s lives better.

Period.

So maybe it’s about time you remembered that and started sharing what you know?

People will thank you for it.
