Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products, if a request is made within 3 days of the original purchase of the product.

Annual memberships are non-refundable after the allowable refund period.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Printing and mailing services

Refunds are limited to printing errors. We do not issue refunds for delays by the postal service or due to errors that you did not note on the digital proof.
