The power of touch

I read an interesting money-saving tip the other day, so I thought I would share it with you.

Apparently, if you touch something when you are out shopping, you are more likely to buy it and are willing to pay more for it.

So… to keep your wallet shut, keep your hands in your pockets.

Look but don’t touch.

I don’t know if this is true or not, but it makes sense.

Touching something makes it more real. It builds your relationship with that object.

It starts to become yours.

I guess the same thing happens when people send print newsletters.

Because you are sending something physical, people touch it.

That might partly explain why you can often get a better response from a print newsletter than an email one.

With a printed newsletter, you’re right there.

You’re in their hands.

Here’s where you can get print format (and email format) newsletters. Use them to keep in touch (ha – that word again!) with your clients.
