Irreplaceable you

I was watching a video yesterday about how computers are destroying jobs.

Once it was manual labor that was replaced by machines.

Then it was office jobs.

And now it’s the professions.

Lawyers, accountants.

Even doctors.

Thankfully, the video had an answer to the question: how do you preserve your own job?

It said the answer was to specialize – to be so unique that no machine would be able to compete with you.

That answer sounded familiar…

If you’ve been here for a while, you’ll have heard me explaining why having a Unique Selling Proposition (USP) is so important. A USP is the reason your ideal client would choose to do business with you instead of someone else.

It’s the thing that makes you special.

So even if you don’t think you’re going to be replaced by a computer, it’s worth pondering your USP.

After all, you’ve still got plenty of competition out there, even if it is from other humans.

And the place to tell the world about your USP is in your newsletter. Think of it as being like your own manifesto.

So start here with a ready-made newsletter you can edit as much as you wish to make it really yours.
