Apparently the Ha!-Ha! bit comes from “ha-ha” – a kind of ditch that serves as a barrier without blocking the view.
They have lots of ha-ha’s in the grounds of English country houses (think Downton Abbey and Lady Mary, down in a ha-ha with one of her suitors.)
Anyway… my point is: It’s a place name.
And you would do well to make your newsletter about a place.
