Email: You will have access to the email newsletter editing through Active Campaign, Ready to Go Newsletters’ email delivery partner. We also provide HTML files, in case you want to use the newsletter with another system, such as Constant Constant, iContact or Infusionsoft.

Will I get the current month’s newsletter?

Yes, you will. Depending on the date you begin your free trial, you will most likely have access to this month’s newsletter as well as month’s newsletter during your free trial period.

How do I customize my newsletter?

Print: You can use Microsoft Word to cut and paste text into your newsletter quickly and easily.

Email: You can use Active Campaign’s easy-to-use email editing window. We give you a free account with Active Campaign for editing and sending out your newsletters.

Can  I include ads in my newsletter?

Yes. Because the entire newsletter can be edited and changed, you can insert ads or highlight trusted vendors or partners wherever you like.

Do I need to use envelopes to send my print newsletter?

No. We provide newsletter versions for use with an envelope and we also provide versions for use without an envelope (this is a self-mailer version). With these self-mailers there is space for you to add the address of your recipients. You would then fold the newsletter and seal it with tabs.

What sizes of newsletter do you offer?

Print: We offer 2-page and 4-page editions. The 2-page edition is designed to be printed on 8.5in x 11in paper, front and back. The 4-page edition is designed to be printed on 11in x 17in paper, front and back, and then folded.

Email: Emails are one scrolling page. The newsletter appears within the body of the email.

Can I put articles on my website?

Yes, you can. Once you subscribe, you can use the articles in any way you wish, as long as you don’t resell them. With your membership you get access to our extensive article library with hundreds of different topics and choices.

Can I track the performance of my email newsletters?

Yes, you can. Active Campaign provides tracking of opens, clicks on links, unsubscribes and bounces. You can also see what each individual recipient did with the newsletter.

Can you print and mail my newsletters for me?

Yes, we can. Please schedule your free consultation to find out about our different printing programs.

Do I have to use a commercial printer to print my newsletter?

No, you can print the newsletter in your own office using your computer’s printer. If you need help with this, please submit a support ticket.

Can I print my newsletter on 11 in x 17 in (ledger) paper?

Yes, you can. You will need to adjust your printer settings for paper size and to make sure it prints the pages in the right order. Each printer is different so we cannot give you precise instructions particular to your printer, but we advise you to choose “booklet” as the printing style, if that option appears. Feel free to submit a support ticket if you need help.

How do I send my email newsletters?

We give you a free account with Active Campaign, the leading email sending company. You can send 1,000 emails per month as part of our service. If you need to send more than 1,000 emails, it costs $12 per 1,000 or you can purchase 10,000 in bulk for $75 so that the pricing works out to $7.50 per thousand instead.

What happens if I’m having trouble customizing my newsletter?

Members get free support as part of their membership. Just submit a support ticket here and someone will be in touch within 1 business day. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9am EST/6am PST to 5pm EST/3pm PST. You can also refer to our extensive help video section here.

How much will it cost to mail my newsletter?

Mailing costs vary, depending on whether you choose first-class mail or bulk mail and on the quantity you are sending. Bulk mail pricing kicks in after 200 addresses. Tell us more about your database size when you schedule your free consultation here and we can share the best printing program for your requirements.

What do I do if I want to discontinue my service?

Submit a support ticket letting us know you wish you cancel your account. You can submit a support ticket here and we will cancel your account immediately. Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled at any time. Annual memberships can also be cancelled at any time, but annual membership fees are non-refundable.
