If you need to send more than 1,000 emails, it costs $12 per 1,000 or you can purchase 10,000 in bulk for $75 so that the pricing works out to $7.50 per thousand instead.
What happens if I’m having trouble customizing my newsletter?
Members get free support as part of their membership. Just submit a support ticket here and someone will be in touch within 1 business day. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9am EST/6am PST to 5pm EST/3pm PST. You can also refer to our extensive help video section here.

Mailing costs vary, depending on whether you choose first-class mail or bulk mail and on the quantity you are sending. Bulk mail pricing kicks in after 200 addresses. What do I do if I want to discontinue my service?
Submit a support ticket letting us know you wish you cancel your account. You can submit a support ticket here and we will cancel your account immediately. Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled at any time. Annual memberships can also be cancelled at any time, but annual membership fees are non-refundable.
