This is the third edition of a book I've been proud to contribute to. A total of 171 marketing bloggers have each contributed a chapter. Like the previous two editions, proceeds go to a children's charity of our choosing.
The book is loosely based on social media – but that includes any marketing channel that encourages conversation. And yes, that means newsletters too (the subject of my chapter). It's interesting to track the development of social media from a fledgling concept when the first edition of the book was published to a mainstream marketing tool
