What is the 'usual' cost to go annual?
Usually, an annual membership is $697 which covers 12 months. But, as you may have read in your email, you’re getting an extra special deal for upgrading in September. Remember: If you stay with a typical monthly membership for a year, that adds up to $1,164 over a 12 month period.
How do I get extra savings?
If you convert your membership from month-to-month to annual in the month of September, you get the extra savings that was outlined in your email from September 1st. Submit a support ticket here or give us a call at 1-877-976-6368 and select option 2 if you like more details about your offer.
What if I've already paid my monthly fee for September?
The sweet deal with September is that we’re celebrating your upgrade. Say your membership renews on the 6th of September and on the 17th of September you decide you want to upgrade to annual, all you have to do is pay the difference and we’ll upgrade your account to annual.
When is payment due?
Payment for the annual membership is due at the time you wish to upgrade to annual.
Can I make multiple payments?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a payment plan for this offer. To provide such a discounted rate, we require payment up front for your 12 month membership.
Is the annual membership refundable?
In order to offer such a low rate, the annual membership is non-refundable. You have 3 days after your credit card is charged to change your mind. After those 3 days, however, the annual membership is non-refundable.
